Eggs are very rich in protein and other important nutrients required by our body.These are almost perfect food that you need to maintain your health in good shape.Although they are high in cholesterol but they do not raise cholesterol in blood instead they raise good cholesterol which helps in reducing the risk of heart diseases.They have zero Glycemic Index and do not raise blood sugar levels (They don't have carbohydrates and sugar). Scientifically it is safe to have up to 3 eggs per day.With so much nutritional value, and so many health benefits you must include eggs in your diet to stay healthy.
